All items on our website are non refundable at this time as they are final sale. April 2025

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Email grips@wholenesshub.com.au with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return;
  2. We will email you the return address;
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Wholeness Grips will not accept any items returned damaged or have been worn in any way;
  4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;
  5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card or exchange as you wish. 

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY OR MISSING ITEM

  • Please email grips@wholenesshub.com.au with your order number within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. 
  • Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted
